Exploring Water Temperature
Spring Kite Flying
The kindergartners made kites to observe the air around them during our study of weather in April.
Earth Day
The children used soil and glue to make Earth Day necklaces. The children have also been using recycled trash to make treasures. Number Scrolls
The kindergarteners have been writing their numbers as high as they can. These two girls made it to 1,000. It was challenging at first, but has gotten easier as children have developed a deeper understanding of number patterns and place value throughout the process. I have heard many children exclaim, "I didn't think I could do it, but I can!".
